Jesse graduated from the University of Guelph in 1999 (B. Comm (Hons)) and spent some years working in the private sector involved in sales, event planning and coordination of trade and consumer shows.

In 2002 Jesse moved to Vancouver, B.C. to attend the University of British Columbia. In 2005 he graduated (Gold Medalist) and returned to Toronto to Article at CaleyWray. In 2006 he was called to the Bar at the Law Society of Upper Canada.

Jesse has been involved in matters before the Ontario Labour Relations Board, grievance Arbitrators, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, Small Claims Court, the Superior Court, Divisional Court, Court of Appeal (Provincial and Federal) and the Supreme Court of Canada. His practice spans a number of different areas including construction labour relations, human rights, Disability Benefit Claims, pension and trust fund matters, wrongful dismissal and administrative law.

When not at work Jesse plays hockey with enthusiasm and golf with no skill.
