Labourers' v. Carpenters and Alliance Site Construction

This is a recent decision of the Ontario Divisional Court dismissing an application for judicial review brought by the Labourers' Union against a jurisdictional dispute we won on behalf of the Carpenters' Union at the Ontario Labour Relations Board. The Court makes a number of helpful comments concerning how the OLRB interprets the scope of the Labourers' collective agreement.
