Articling at CaleyWray
Our firm specializes in union-side labour law. We represent both public and private sector unions before administrative tribunals, inquiries/inquests and in the courts. We also provide advice to our clients about collective bargaining, pensions, new legislation and policy issues. As a student at CaleyWray you will participate in the preparation of pleadings and cases and attend hearings. You will be encouraged to take on WSIB hearings and small claims appearances. You will work with all the lawyers in the firm and receive feedback and/or assistance from each of us.
